Nicolás Jaar

[Placeholder] Nicolás Jaar is a musician. Since 2008, he has released music under various guises spanning shades of pop, ambient, noise, and club music. Since 2013, he has curated the Other People music label, releasing the music of Saint Abdullah, Aho Ssan and Lydia Lunch among others. In recent years, Nicolás has focused on education, teaching sound-editing and listening workshops to emerging musicians and non-musicians alike in institutions such as the Museo de la Memoria in Santiago, Sonica Festival, Ljubljana, AdBK in Munich, Arab Image Foundation, Beirut, Dar Jacir and Alrowwad in Bethlehem, Palestine, among others.
