Act V: The Final Act: Reflections for the Future

The Circus closes with a parade from The Big Top to the Counterpublic House to sit down for a communal meal and celebrate all that we’ve learned over the weekend.

The Final Act: Reflections for the Future is organized by artist Jeanne van Heeswijk and chef-educator Joia Walker. Over food and an open mic for all, we will harvest learnings from the CIRCUS OF LIFE. Invited responses from Jessica Hentoff of Circus Harmony and local artists NEU ER WORLD, Molly Pearson, the Kendrick Smith Quartet will set the stage and invite inspiration. Registration is required.

Parade from The Big Top to the Counterpublic house with Bread and Puppet and participants. The communal meal includes invited responses from Jessica Hentoff of Circus Harmony and local artists NEU ER WORLD, Molly Pearson, the Kendrick Smith Quartet will set the stage and invite inspiration. Food for most dietary needs is available. Registration is encouraged, but not required with a suggested donation of $10.
